Cal Ranch Jacket

Cal Ranch Jacket brings workwear-inspired details to a unisex down jacket by Rocky Mountain Featherbed.

A striped rib-knit collar, quilted body and front pockets define its appearance. The ribbed cuffs fit around the wrists to help keep cold air out, while the knit parts are made from 100% wool.

Both the shell and lining use 70-denier nylon taffeta. Lightweight, soft and supple, the fabric gives the jacket a comfortable feel.

The filling consists of 700-fill-power water-repellent down. The treatment applied to the down helps reduce the loss of insulating performance when damp, delivering warmth without unnecessary weight.

Combining nylon taffeta, wool ribbing and the volume of down insulation, Cal Ranch Jacket offers a distinctive expression of the brand’s outerwear.

Down Leakage and Distribution
This product uses a thin, densely woven fabric made with fine yarns to keep it lightweight, soft and easy to pack. Friction and static electricity may cause down or feathers to work through the fabric or seams.
If down emerges through the fabric, do not pull it out. Gently pull it back inside from the reverse side. Loose feathers protruding from seams can be removed with low-tack adhesive tape.
If the filling becomes uneven through wear or washing, gently pat the garment to redistribute it.

Care
Please follow the care instructions on the label attached to the product. Use a detergent specifically formulated for down.
After washing, drain thoroughly and dry in the shade in a well-ventilated area. If tumble drying, use a low-temperature setting of approximately 50°C. Once dry, gently pat or shake the garment to redistribute the filling.

Made in Japan. Due to the characteristics of the materials and finishing processes, slight variations in colour, texture and measurements may occur. These variations are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.

Everyday care:
・After wearing, air the garment in the shade in a well-ventilated place.
・Apply a small amount of leather cream to the leather parts only when they seem dry.
Storage:
・Avoid humidity and store on a thick hanger.
・For long-term storage, remove any plastic bag and keep the garment in a breathable cover such as a non-woven garment bag.
Cleaning:
・Avoid washing at home; please consult a trusted cleaner experienced with leather and down products.
・If the garment gets wet, promptly blot the moisture with a dry cloth and let it air dry.
