We ship worldwide via DHL and EMS. Shipping rates are calculated based on your region at checkout.
Customs Duties & Taxes (International Orders Only)

Stock Availability
As our online inventory is shared with our physical stores, items may occasionally be out of stock depending on the timing of your order. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellations & Changes
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations or changes (including changes to color, size, or model). Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Characteristics of Natural Materials
The leather portions of our products are made from genuine hides. As a result, natural markings such as wrinkles or fine scratches may be present on the surface. These are unique characteristics inherent to natural leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

To ensure your item lasts for many years to come, please follow these care guidelines:
Daily Care:
・After wearing, hang the garment in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight to air it out.
・For the leather parts, apply a small amount of leather conditioner only when the leather appears dry.
Storage:
・Store in a low-humidity environment and use a thick, padded hanger to maintain the garment’s shape.
・For long-term storage, remove any plastic packaging and use a breathable non-woven fabric cover to ensure proper airflow.
Cleaning:
・Do not wash at home. Please consult a professional cleaner specialized in handling down and leather products.
・If the garment gets wet, immediately wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to air dry naturally.
