■ Shipping Schedule
・Last shipment before the holiday: Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM (JST) on Tuesday, April 28.
・Resumption of shipping: Orders will be dispatched sequentially starting from Monday, May 11.
*Note: Please place your orders early if you are in a hurry, as shipping is expected to be very congested before and after the holidays. Please also note that there may be delays in delivery due to courier peak seasons or traffic conditions.
■ Inquiries
All inquiries received via email or our contact form during the holiday period will be answered sequentially from Monday, May 11. Please understand that it may take some time for us to respond to all messages.
■ Online Store Operations
Our online store will remain open for orders 24 hours a day throughout the holiday period.
In the event that an item sells out during the holidays, information regarding restocks will also be provided from May 11 onwards.
